Custom Pack Information & Ordering Instructions

Custom Package Prices:
3 tubes = $5.00 + $1.00 handling fee
6 tubes = $10.00 + $2.00 handling fee
12 tubes = $20.00 + $2.00 handling fee
1. Make your 3, 6 or 12 tube selections from my custom package page.
Click on the thumbnails for a larger preview of the tubes.
2. Write down your 3, 6 or 12 tube ID numbers on a separate sheet of paper.
You will need them in order to continue with your order. ( Example: A3, C6, B2, F11, F5, D4)
3. Click on either the Add 3 to Cart button, Add 6 to Cart button or
Add 12 to Cart button, depending on your tube selections.
4. Type your selections (separated by commas) in the COMMENTS box of the order form.
When ordering more than one custom package please indicate with "Pack 1...your number selections.
Pack 2....your number selections."
5. You will receive an email from custompackages@artistpackages.com
with your custom choices attached.

PLEASE BACK UP YOUR PACKAGES ON A DISC OR EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE!
THERE WILL BE A $5.00 FEE PER 24 TUBES FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF CUSTOM PACKAGE ORDERS.
